Wrist Tattoo Risks
Where on my arm is a good place to get a new tattoo?
There’s this idea for a tattoo i wanted to have for some time now…maybe 6-7 months worth of thinking but some suggestions as to its location would be cool to hear from you guys that have tattoos.
To help you out without revealing the design, it’s a bit smaller than a playing card from a normal sized deck, and it has a lot of details in it.
A friend tattoo artist said to me “don’t have it on the wrist because it will lose a lot of detail, have it somewhere else”. But i wanted to have it right on the inside of my wrist because there it looks cool
my body is quite small, i’m 1.72m and slim. should i get it on the inside of my wrist and risk losing details or further up on my arm?
btw this tattoo is symmetric, if this helps

Wrist, would be really nice, could you edit a bit of unneeded detail out of it? Or on the inside of your lower inner arm? I generally find upper arm tattoos to look rather butch, if they don’t have much else with them.
