Tattoos on Feet Hurt
How bad will my foot tattoo hurt/ how long will it take?
In about a month i am getting my first tattoo. i’m getting and anchor on my left foot (about the same size as this one: http://jackievonfoxxx.buzznet.com/user/photos/anchor-tattoo-heart/?id=63685371 )
I was wondering approximately how long it should take and how intense the pain will be and if it’ll be bearable.
It hurt the most out the three I have (1 on shoulder, 1 on back, 1 on foot).
My foot tattoo took 2 hours. I have a high pain threshold but I was glad when the 2 hours were done.
The most annoying part is that out of all the places on the body, the foot will also mess you up a bit for the next couple days. Expect to walk funny for at least the first day due to a small amount of swelling and a good bit of tenderness. You also shouldn’t wear socks/shoes unless you truly truly have to.
The pain and healing ‘fun’ are totally worth it though.
