Tattoos on Feet and Ankles
Do tattoos on your feet really hurt as much as everyone says they do?
I have a little tattoo on my ankle that I’m getting added onto next week. I have a music note, and i want to add more music notes that trail onto my foot. I also have a tattoo on my hip, so I’m no stranger to getting a tatttoo. Everybody says that foot tattoos are terribly painful, just wondering if it’s true or if it just differs between people?
i’m 17 and i got my first (and only) tattoo on my foot. going in not knowing what to expect, and knowing that i had NO idea what a tattoo felt like was super scary. i was sososo scared before the tattoo artist started. now, don’t get me wrong..some parts really didn’t hurt, and some parts did hurt a lot. (for me, with my low pain tolerance, it seemed to get to the point right before unbearable.) i’m just being honest. but, it was bearable, and i love my tattoo, and the bad pain ends the minute he lifts the tattoo needle off your foot. the worrying beforehand was so unnecessary, so just stay calm because it’ll be over soon enough. 
the ink is there for life! it’s so worth it. good luck!
