Why is the most common place for a tatto on ‘young women’ (to quote wikipedia) on their lower back?

Why not their shoulder? Or leg…etc.
What is it about that spot that makes it the best for having a tattoo?

It’s just the current trend. It just spreads because more and more people get them and then more and more people want them.
