How can I make fake tattoos?

for Halloween I’m dressing as pregnant white trash (don’t judge!) and I already have my pregnant belly constructed, all I need is the best way for my friend to draw me some tattoo sleeves. Permanent marker is too, well, permanent! And just an ink pen washes off. Any other suggestions!? Thanks so much =]

just go to party city or any halloween store and the majority of them sell the material sleeves that go on you arm that are covered with fake tattoos.
