How much should I sell for my tattoo design?
OK I had a friend ask me to design a tattoo for him. He wanted me to draw the Superman logo with flames firing out from the sides. I made it but he wanted me to tell him how much I should sell it for. I never really sold any of my Tattoo Designs before. Help would be much appreciated.
What size are we talking about here, and how ‘intricate’ is the design?
I know of people who have sold their designs for $50 – $100, depending on size and design etc.
I guess it boils down to the buyer as to what they are willing to pay. After all, they have to pay for the work to be done by the tattoo artist as well!
JUST REMEMBERED…if you go to www.tattoojohnny.com you can get an idea on how much they charge to download their designs. I bought a few designs from their site, but cant remember what I paid for them now.
