Tattoo Shops in Chicago

Can someone recommend a good tattoo shop in Chicago where the artists will work with you on your design?
I only have one tattoo, got it years ago when I was like 16 so I dont have a lot of experience with tattoos. I’ve been to a couple places with friends and it seems like artists are quickly trying to rush people in and out and you pretty much have to pick a design off their posters.
On shows like LA Ink and those, I know probably not the typical tatoo place, but anyhow on shows like that the artist will work with you to come up with a design and is very involved, are there any tattoo parlors in Chicago or suburbs which are like that?
Every shop I have ever been in has acted like those guys on LA Ink and Miami Ink – you go in with an idea or sketch, and they flesh it out and rock it for you. I’m not familiar with Chicago, but I’m glad that you are smart enough not to go to a shop that rushes you out.
Try going at odd hours, when they are less busy. I know one shop I went into they suggested I come back at either 1pm or about 2 am – their least busy times (they were a 24-hour shop).
