chicago tattoo on Belmont. I had one done there 14 years ago and it is the nicest tattoo I have. Never even been touched up. If you don’t like them Jade Dragon is conveniently located just up the street. Chicago Tattoo is at 1017 W Belmont and Jade Dragon is at 5331 W. Belmont
