tattoo cover up question help please?

I have a outline of a dragon head that I want covered up with a bigger dragon head, it’s measurements are about 12cm height and 6cm across. It’s quite a small head with thin lines no shading. I got the small head tattoo when I was 16, I’m 18 now and didn’t think about how small the head of the dragon was before but now I want a bigger one. The drawing measurements are about 14cm height and 15cm across, the skull of this drawing will cover most of the small head tattoo and than background can cover the rest. I provided pictures what do you think? Thank you.

i would take that to the tattoo artist to see what he can do about it
there should not be a problem why it cant be done
you should put some shading or background fill it in a little and have it all touched up as well
