Tattoo Schools in Oregon

tattoo schools in oregon
Is tattoo apprenticeship in Oregon legal?

Someone told me that it isn’t which doesn’t make any sense to me. For one thing, every professional tattoo artist hate the schools, and the only other way to get licensed would be to scratch at home and apply then. Apprenticeships are the way it’s always been.

If someone could find government pages on this I’d be really grateful.

No one, and I mean NO ONE should ever be allowed to even hold a tattoo machine without an apprentiship with an established experienced tattoo artist out of a shop and not at home. Anyone who tries to learn how to tattoo online, or on their own is a complete moron and will only end up ruining people for life.
