Small Tattoo Pricing Estimate?

I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea on how much a small tattoo on my pinky would cost. Both my friend and I want to get one, I know that for small tats there is usually just a flat fee of how much the ink/needles/other stuff costs. Can anyone give me an estimate? (I will be getting it done in Montana).

I’m also not looking for an amazing shop, just someplace clean. It’s a heart, I hope most shops are capable of that…even cheap ones..haha =D all estimates help. Thanks guys!

most shops have a minimum the standard is around 60. you can usually find little less popular shops and get em down to around 30
