I want to add tattoos on those fists, do you think there’s a way I can do this on photoshop?? I have cs3
Yeah, heck I have some free time I could do it for you if you want but guess that would take the fun out of it.
Are you trying to draw them or take them from another image?
here is the best guide i can find, the images they use in the guide are a lot like yours so it should help a lot.
you can skip to step 5 but it would not hurt to read it all (first half is just image prep)

The simplest way is just putting the tattoo on the top layer, above the fist and playing with the blending mode and transparency of the top layer (settings are on the layer panel) Try overlay and screen
