I would like to learn how to do permananet makeup, what will I need?
I live in the state of Oregon if that helps.
Licensing? what kind?
tattoo gun? What type?
Training? Where?
I think you have to be a licensed cosmetologist first. I might be wrong though. My friend went to a three or four day thing in Indy to learn. All she had to do was bring a model to work on, and pay for it. And she ended up not being able to completely finish the girls lips because it hurt her so bad. They finally started calling dentist to see if they could pay for the dentist to give her a numbing shot. Most of them said no, but they found one and she finished.
