i live in new york and i know it’s illegal here. connecticut is really close to me so i was thinking i could just go get it there. i could definitely get consent from my mom and she’d go with me. it doesn’t look like connecticut has a law against it http://www.aaatattoodirectory.com/tattoo_regulations.htm
