tattoo age limit help?

I would like to know what the age limit is in Florida. If possible, I would like to know if you are able to do it with parent permision. Any other information on the age limits or laws there would be very helpful. Thank you in advance!!

18 with picture ID
The only three states
left with Parental Consent
are…Connecticut, Idaho,
and Louisiana. You must
be 16 with picture ID and
have your parents present.
They will need ID and need
to show your birth certificate,
to prove they are your parents.
There are legal forms to fill out.
This will need to be done prior
to your ink date, not same day.
