What would the sentence be for felon theft and domestic battery?? IN Louisiana? Anyone know/????

My sister in law has gone crazy. She is now a junkie who abandoned her children. The problem is she won’t leave my brother alone. She took all his money and clothes when she left. Then the judge ordered him to have the kids and what car they each would get…so she stole the car she wanted from him. He got that back and then she called him high…so he took pics of her passed out in her truck..with it running..with a hole in the tire. She convinced the police she was tired. She then broke in to his tattoo shop and vandalized it and stole everything from it. Two nights later, he caught her there again. Her new boyfriend ran and left her there. They got into it and the police were called. She was charged with felony theft(tattoostuff in her truck) and domest.batt. She is also being charged with filing a false police report on my brother….WILL SHE SERVE ANY TIME??/ It is like it will never end with her..she is just crazy!

It’s domestic; I doubt she’ll do more than 30 days at worst
