ANY REMEDIES/ADVISE FOR NEW tattoo itching?

I got a tattoo done on my back a week ago. Its quiet big and feels really itchy because its healing. Has anyone got any remedys to stop the itching. I’ve been rubbing E45 cream and vaseline on it but the itching is really annoying me.

I wouldn’t recommend the back massage until your tattoo is fully healed (no scabs, no pealing, and no longer tender to the touch). As for what to use, you could try an anti-itch cream like hydrocortizone which would probably help. Don’t scratch it whatever you do and just try to keep it moist as it will heal faster.
