Is Obama is planning to require a bar-code tattoo to obtain health care?
I read this is in one of the bills. Does anyone have any details?
Only for Republicans — so they won’t be able to gain access to public health care. They obviously don’t want it so the tattoo will ensure they have to pay for it.
