Anyone know about the Biggest tattoo show on Earth, this weekend in Las Vegas?
Is it free admission for locals?
Are the tattoos less expensive than usual, or is it about the same as if i went to a studio to get tattooed?
Do the tattoo artists take “walk ins” at the expo or is it necessary to set up an appointment?
