Tattoo Designs Couples
I’m having a tattoo designed as a tribute to my parents and need some opinions on the design?
Should I have their names, Mum & Dad or a poigniant message in Hindi?
Im thinking Hindi as Mum’s Indian & the design refers to my heritage…Im thinking of the personal message as Dad passed away a couple of years ago & I miss him like mad – When I told him I wanted a tattoo before he died he asked if I’d include his heritage in it.
I’ve already got the design planned – its just the text I’ve got problems with (especially the translation – unless someone who can read/write hindi can help)
That’s probably the sweetest thing I’ve heard for the last couple of years.
I would look in Hindu’s iconography symbols that means eternity, forever, lasting and then I would write down the most important thing your father said to you and that you know it will be with you until the end of your life. And then your parents’ names written underneath, in a way that it suggests they will be together forever despite the fact they are in different worlds.
