Where To Find Quality Cover-Up tattoo Artist In The Bay Area (Pic Included)?
I’m looking to get a bit of cover-up and fix up work on my tattoo (which I got done back in 2005). The guy who did it originally must have been a novice because it came out pretty iffy (if you look in the picture it is supposed to be an Irish Claddagh but most people have mentioned that the crown is indistinguishable and that the green parts are varied in points and rounding).
I’ve been looking for a quality tattoo artist to do the work but have yet to find someone. Can anyone tell me of a place (preferably in the Northern/Eastern Bay Area) that has a record of quality cover-up work? Websites and picture links are greatly appreciated!

Okay, I’m looking to get it fixed, not removed. Also, I know how to use a search engine. I’m looking for someone who may have BEEN to an artist who KNOWS first hand that they have quality work.
