Tattoo Concealer
How can someone cover a dark birthmark and a large ‘patch’ of discoloration when swimming in a bikini?
Both are not in areas that can be covered by a swim suit, but by a tee-shirt. I do not want to wear a tee shirt though :/
And I figure that cover-up and Kat Von D’s tattoo concealer would wash off in the pool and/or the jacuzzi?

A rash vest is a kind of lycra tee-shirt that fits closely — they’re sold for surfing, but lots of people wear them swimming in UK. Any surf shop should have them.
