miami ink was a dumb answer.
i don’t live anywhere near san francisco and there are quite a few regular tattoo answerers who do but here is a link to a tattoo shops website and their artists look good, it depends on your desired style as to who you would go to. i have no idea about pricing but usually any place that is worth their work is going to be more expensive than just “some place” that tattoos.
