Camera info (I’m not electronic savvy)?
I’m a tattoo artist and I’m looking for a (from what my buddy tells me) a 12.2 megapixel camera. I’d like to get a good one in the $200-$250 range. I’m currently using a crappy Sony Cyber Shot that really eats up batteries. I do very detailed portrait work and the camera I’m using doesn’t pick up a lot of the small details and subtleties. Do any of you know of one particular camera that will fit my needs? I really want to kick up my portfolio this year for all the magazines that print my work. www.myspace.com/rooster1313 thanx!
I’ve heard wonderful things about Cannon Cameras They might be on the pricey side but they have a long life.

Pentax is another great camera, more pricey then the Cannon but has been around forever. A lot of the pro’s use the Pentax
