whats the age limit in california for a minor to get a tattoo with a parent?
Parental consent isn’t accepted in on the East Coast. 18 or older to get a tattoo is the bottom line for California and Washington. Pretty sure Oregon is the same. That means it’s illegal and any shop that will touch you as far as tattoos under the age of 18 is breaking the law and should not be gone to. Absolutely no laws should be broken seeing as it is forever, be smart about this and follow the laws.
-Tattoos don’t doom to lower class life, it’s about placement and your own goals. I’m going into teaching, certainly not lower class and have one tattoo so far while getting more and I have piercings. Keeping a professional look is all it takes and having drive to go for what you want. And yes, the laws have changed in the last 8 years, in 2003 I believe all but five or less states when to an 18 or older rule. California changed with that shift.
