sims 2 custom content help?

okay…so i have downloaded alot of things from modthesims and alot of the stuff has shown up like i downloaded face tattoo pack…2 eyeliner packs, 1 eyeshadow pack, 1 lip gloss/lip stick pack,adult woman lingerie, woman adult corset and 1 hairstyle for all ages but i have downloaded about 3 or 4 hairstyles and many different clothes and stuff but they arent showing up! idk what i did wrong coz the other things show up but idk…please help. Thanks

Try and find the posts on MTS2 of the CC that’s not working. Read the over view and make sure you have the mesh for the clothes/hairstyles. Most of the creators will post something like, “Mesh included,” “No mesh needed,” or “Mesh not included. Go here to download it” (Something along those lines) in the overview. If you don’t see something like that, go to the download tab and look for the section that says: Required meshes. There should be a link there to the mesh that is needed for the download to work in game.

If you have all the meshes you need, and it is still not showing up, make sure you have the required Expansions and/or stuff packs needed to run it. That information can also be found in the download tab in the section: Expansions / Stuff packs needed for this Custom Content to work.

If you have the required expansion/stuff packs, and it’s still not showing up, you can message the creator and tell them that it is not working for you. (Just be sure to read EVRYTHING in the overview before you message them) or else they’ll just tell you that it’s in the overview and that you should read it before sending a private message.
