I’m looking to get a Tribal Phoenix tattoo on my right shoulder of half the sleeve length. I have decided to below designed but not sure it’s too complex for the small area on my arm.

AWESOME concept you have there. I dont think it is too complex for something like your upper arm, especially since you are getting it half-sleeve length. In fact, it would look amazing. Get it, you know you want to. Do it.
