Can anyone tell me where I can find cheap tattoo beginner kits at wholesale..tried ebay but shipping is crazy!

I think is the best place to look, I dont know of any place not online that you can shop for supplies, unless you go to a tattoo studio, and ask them where they go to purchase thiers, but I am still sure its from a catalog, or online.
