Some foot tattoo aftercare questions?
I’m planning on getting a tattoo on my foot on friday, but I was wondering if I let it ‘breathe’ for the whole weekend would I be able to wear socks on monday for work? And while I’m sitting at my desk just pull the sock down so it can breathe for awhile? Would this risk infection or slow down the healing process?
Also, any other tips would be great, like how often to moisturise it, what moisturiser to use & how long the healing proccess can take!

Definitely let it breath over the weekend, if you must wear socks throughout the week cover the tattoo with a non stick bandage and remove the bandage and sock ASAP after getting off work. Allow the tattoo at least a week to heal before you wear socks without the bandage. Corona is without doubt the best after tattoo care ointment you can use, you can pick it up at Wal-Mart or any drugstore. Apply the ointment 4 times a day to for the first three days, after that use it whenever the tattoo appears to be drying out, if will also help with itching. The healing process is different for everyone but you’ll know when it’s healed.
