Tattoo Tribal Armband

what do u think about this tattoo? its a tribal armband, I kind of like it… but my friends tell me it sucks?
I need some opinions please 
p.s. its not a real tattoo, drawn with a marker, so lines aren’t aligned, and its abit cramped but u get the idea…

and the artist is asking me, 200Euros, isn’t that too much for an easy tattoo like this?
I think a large part of the difficulty with the tattoo is not even so much that it is a tribal piece, but that fusion of somewhat german (esp. the eagle) and somewhat aboriginal and native-american totem styles seems jarring and at the same time over-simplified and not incredibly unique. I hope this makes sense.
The important thing, of course, is whether you like it or not. If you have some meaningful connection to tribal culture, then absolutely, go for it. If not, you may want to rethink the idea.
Whatever you decide, make the decision ultimately for yourself. Just be smart about it, yah? Good luck!
