Best tattoo parlors in Portland/around southern Maine?

I’m looking to get a tattoo, and I live in southern Maine. I want to know if anyone has any particular recommendations, and please try to include as many details as possible, like how friendly they were, their hygiene, did they do a good job, etc.

I went to the University Of Southern Maine my freshman year of college and I found the guys at Brave Soul Studios to be very friendly and professional. They are literally around the corner from the campus in Gorham and would be worth checking out.
