Shading Tattoo Designs
Would a tattoo artist be happy to work out the shading on an outline design?
I work as a digital graphic artist and have designed my own tattoo as an outline, I’m not entirely comfortable doing the internal shading as I do not fully understand the process of blending inks and filling in on tattoos.
If I take my outline design to a tattoo artist, is it likely the would be comfortable improvising/designing the shading without excessive costs?
The design it’s self is not very complex, it is a wolf an a deer done in a celtic/nordic style.
Of course they´ll do it. They can copy your pic completely too, but if you´re not confident in the shading, then you don´t have to do it. And the cost, unless it´s a really huge job, the design does not cost extra.
