What exactly is Sephora? Can you get makeup tips from them(like department stores)? Where is best place to go?

I need some makeup tips. I don’t know where to go for them though. Nothing major, just need a little help. Where can I go? I’m going to Sephora for Kat Von D’s tattoo concealer because I need to cover-up lots of tattoos for an audition. Should I not wait until I go there and go somewhere else for tips or what should I do? Where is the best place to go for this? Thanks.

sephora is a great store.
i love it.
you can actually book a time,
and you will get a makeup artist.
they can give you a make over, products that would look good on you,
and tips on how to choose and apply make up.
it doesn’t cost any money to book an appointment.
it’s actually really fun.
my friends and i go there once a month,
with an appointment
so we can check out the new products.
