Where is the best tattoo shop in the Phoenix, AZ area?

I’m getting my first tattoo in September. I want to get the outline of the state of Arizona, so someone who is generally good at portraits and shading. If anyone has any suggestions, and can maybe send me pictures of their tattoos and maybe give me some info on the artist and shop, it would be greatly appreciated!

I recently got a tattoo at EZ Tattoo in downtown Scottsdale. Sal was the artist, and he did a great job. He was very professional, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I highly recommend him. Here’s a link to their site:
