herpes & stretchmarks question for women?

I am a man who lost quite a bit of weight when I reached 22 i now have lots of stretchmarks on my sides and stomach, im even too embarrased to get my t-shirt off at the beach, i am currently using bio oil to reduce the appearance of them also I have gential herpes. I know its both an awful thing to have, I meet women with lovely bodies and looks but always feel i am out of their league because of this, im def gonna get some tattoos to cover my stretchmarks up, but am at my whits end cause I feel I cant talk to women intially about my problems when meeting them whats the best thing to do?
