How to write “Forever Loved, Never Forgotten” in Latin.?

My grandparents in the uk have recently passed away and I never got the chance to say goodbye. Id like to get a tattoo as a sign of respect and to remember what they meant to me, I’d like it to read they’re names in English and in Latin “Forever Loved never forgotten”, I have done allot of Research pending this but there are so many words with the same meanings and I have no idea how to string them together… If some one could help me with this it would be much appreciated.

It is quite difficult to say ‘forgotten’ in Latin; there is no single world that quite covers it.

You could try:

Semper culti in memoria

[Always cherished in memory]

One advantage of choosing a phrase such as this is that the underlying idea is that your grandparents are a garden in your memory which you will continue to tend for as long as you live.

['culti' means 'cherished' of a person, but 'well looked after' of a garden].

….

culti in memoria aeterna

[cherished in (my) everlasting memory]

is even a little better.
