HTC Touch Diamond is a Striving Smartphone

The HTC Touch Diamond is a striving smartphone that comes with touch-oriented user interface. The phone comes with various small touches which make this phone more spontaneous to use. The basis of the Diamond is TouchFLO 3D. Htc Touch Diamond is a small in size and look appealing. The exterior of the phone has the faceted back panels which are slightly raised, that makes the smartphone easy to hold. The phone measures 3.9 inches by 2.0 inches by 0.42 inches (99mm x 51mm × 10.7mm) and features a 2.8-inch touchscreen with VGA resolution. The one control that the diamond has is an accelerometer which lets the user to control smartphone by moving it around. The Diamond has a built-in GPS and A-GPS ready with the support of Google Maps. The phone operates on Tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (900/1800/1900 MHz) HSDPA (900/2100 MHz).

The HTC Touch Diamond comes preloaded with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional Operating System that is able to run a vast number of apps including tons of games (arcade, racing, RPG, etc.), alternate video players, and more. The user can also watch the live TV as the phone comes with SlingPlayer. The phone also has several business features like, Office Pack, which lets the user to work on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents. The device also supports Exchange ActiveSync, Microsoft’s Push email system. The phone comes with a 528 MHz Qualcomm processor, and 192 MB of RAM that makes this phone a powerful software running device. HTC has mobile browser called Opera web browser. The user can also check their emails from any email account like HotMail and Gmail. The smartphone also supports Texting and MMS messaging.

The Diamond supports two separate music and video players. One is part of TouchFLO 3D which is fingertip friendly and another one is the mobile version of Windows Media Player. This smartphone comes with a stand-along YouTube player. The HTC Diamond also has a built-in FM radio. The HTC Diamond comes with 4 GB of internal and external storage memory which can hold more than 1,000 digital songs or more than 2,000 pictures or up to 8 hours of MPEG-4 video. The Diamond offers Drive Mode which makes downloading and uploading files on the desktop or laptop at high speed. The Diamond is a GSM phone that support 3G networking. The Smartphone has Wi-Fi. This smartphone also has Bluetooth and USB port for data transferring. The device has an in-built 3.2 megapixel with auto focus camera which comes with a wide variety of resolutions to take pictures which makes the pictures looks nice. VGA videoconferencing camera is also there. The smartphone is a consumer friendly device.
