does any one no where i can get a tattoo drew form me on the internet ? or a website where u can make one?
i lookin into gettin like a heart with a scroll/banner with my mum and dads name on it but like two bannerson the heart ?

Are you serious?! That’s the most unimaginative tattoo you could ask for. Go into a recommended tattoo place and the artist should be able to design it for you. Also they will get to see where you want it an therefore can suggest something tailored to your size, skin variations etc etc.
