Do you need a permit to give henna tattoos?
In my town there is a “carnival” every year where a ton of people go to. There are booths of all different sorts there. I was thinking about giving henna tattoos for a booth. But I was wondering, do you need a permit of some sort to give the tattoos to the public? Also, about how much does it cost to buy the supplies and how many tattoos could you draw with that kind of kit?

I don’t think so I mean they are harmless. I get them all the time when I get my eye brows threaded.
