What does the Bible say about tattoos? What about a tattoo that symbolizes my favorite Bible verse?

I know the Bible says no tattoos, but wasnt that because back then, pagons got tattoos, and it was said in the Bible because tattoos were part of pagon worship?

There’s nothing wrong with a tattoo like that. You’re correct that the Bible (in Leviticus) only condemns tattoos that were used in pagan religious rites.
