tattoo ideas representing my son.. help?

Hi! My mother is letting me get a tattoo.
My boyfriend’s sister is a tattoo artist in Austin,tx.
She told me she can do the tattoo for free. well my first idea was the solar system in my back. Ever since I was a kid, I had a fascination with planets, space, and everything in outerspace.
But I want a tattoo tht represents my son. I was thinking like a baby dragonfly or something but then it sounds laaaame!
Should I just have his name tattooed? or his foot prints? hand prints?
Any ladies have tats representing their children??
Give me ideass, I want a tattoo that I know I will never regret.

do the solar system thing. but throw in an extra planet some where where his foot prints are like the craters of that planet. then in all the negative space around all the planets you could have stars that represent him. for example, if his birthday is 8/19 (a day after mine the traditional birthstone color is Peridot. so make 8 slightly larger stars that color. (or an even prettier shade of greenish yellow that you like if you dont like that color.. also if you dont like that color, Sapphire is august birthstone in the Ayurvedic birthstone chart. What is his name?
