where can you get a tattoo if you are under 18 years old but your with a parent?

im in kansas city missouri in raytown and i under 18 years old but my mom said if i dont get and bodys name on me like a boy i can get a tattoo but i called freaks on noland and they said they dont do tattoos if your under 18 even if you have a parent… I would like to know where i could get a tattoo in kansas city missouri /raytown?

Sorry Kid but ya can’t and if ya do you’ll most likely end up with an infection! or wrose AIDS! your best option is to wait like the rest of us did.
