Is there an online service, where you can pay someone to professionally draw something, like a tattoo idea?

There has to be a professional service online somewhere, like this. Where its like, “5in by 5in: $15; emailed (black/white): FREE, mailed (black/white): +$2.75; emailed (color): $20 …” and so on. And you give them a very in depth description of what you want done. Or it could even be like, they charge you based on how hard it was to make, and what canvas, and so on. there has to be a company out there, or a part of a company that specializes in this. Not like portraits, but like tatto design and whatnot. Someone would make a lot of money with a service like that, I reckon, becase not everyone is a GREAT drawer. Well I hope you know what I mean. I’d doubt it, but it’s worth a shot to mention that you should really just take your idea to your tattoo office and tell them to come up with something. It will be more original and tattoo artists are more invested and interested in something they can play around with rather than something they will trace. They will charge you for it, but can you really put a price on something that you will live with for the REST of your life?
