Quotes about butterflies and flying free?

I recently got a tattoo on my foot. Its a small butterfly with the words “Fly Free” next to it. Does anyone have any good quotes about butterflies representing being free and flying away, or breaking away from pain? This tattoo is a memorial tattoo for my mother and to me it represents her being able to let go of the pain she was in, and live peacefully. It also is a montra in life I live by and helps me get by. I have to explain this to a judgemental relative and I feel like a quote would help me even more.

“What the caterpillar perceives is the end;
to the butterfly is just the beginning.” Lao Tzu/ Buddhist saying

[Variations: “Just as the caterpillar thought the world was over, it turned into a butterfly.” and “What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.” (Richard Bach)]

“Know thyself! A maxim as pernicious as it is ugly. Whoever observes himself arrests his own development. A caterpillar who wanted to know itself well would never become a butterfly.” ~Andre Gide

“Death is the best healing of all….When we die, that’s the final, permanent healing. Our old body finally dies and we are rid of it and free. Then we don’t have any more diseases or troubles. We won’t hurt anymore because we will be in our spiritual body, our new model.” David Brandt Berg

“At death the soul, freed from the pains, weariness, ills and limitations of the body, begins its highest life. Death is the beginning of the higher life.–C.L. Allen
