Bible verses on tattooed butts of young women?

My Christian neighbour is arguing with his 16 year daughter about getting a tattoo and asked me of all people to provide him bible verses on self-mutilation. Anybody know of any religious objections to a little butterfly on a girl’s butt?
Please no Old testament verses…they say those are just for the Jews.
