Good-quality, but reasonably-priced tattoo parlors in nyc?
1. This is my first tattoo ever.
2. Looking for friendly, hygienic, considerate tattoo artists, and prices that aren’t ridiculous.
3. I’ve heard the best ones are in the Lower East Side, but how about the village? Soho?

No help with the actually finding places but just remember you get what you pay for. $100 an hour is very reasonable in my opinion.
